Donna Welsh has lived in Denton County for 43 years and has called Bartonville home for 11 years. She is retired after 38 years in city management, including various local, state and county boards and committees. Donna has two grown children, (Jennifer Hunnicutt) in Bartonville, (Christopher Welsh), in Ft. Worth, and three grandchildren.
